The Ghostworks Marine Minerva is a high-performance workboat built on Ghostworks Marine’s proprietary 14-meter M-Hull carbon composite platform. Designed for speed, stability, and strength in tough maritime conditions, the Minerva blends low signature and reduced wake with modular design to adapt to a variety of missions—from ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance) to SAR (Search and Rescue) and defense operations.

With advanced carbon construction and naval architecture born from elite racing experience, the Minerva delivers superior hull efficiency, reduced drag, and reliable deck and subsystems integration. Whether crewed or operated autonomously this boat is made for demanding use.

Every component is engineered for modular flexibility. With built in Subsystem-agnostic architecture all mission elements can be reconfigured as needed. The vessel’s reduce wake design improves stealth and minimizes environmental impact in coastal and littoral zones.

While comprehensive power, battery, and performance specs are pending, the Minerva is reported to give high acceleration, smooth wake handling, and deck conditions comparable to military workboats designed for low sonar and radar signature. The carbon build and hull form are optimized for both speed and stability in offshore operations.

Base Voucher Amount: 

• $335,000 for the 378 kWh Battery

• $420,000 for the 504 kWh Battery

Additional Voucher Enhancements

• 10 % DAC (Disadvantaged/Low-Income Community) Enhancement — applicable if the vessel is deployed in a designated community.

• 15 % Small Business Enhancement — applicable when purchased or leased by a qualifying small business (annual revenue ≤ $15 million, California–based)
