Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates
We offer standard and express shipping options across the U.S.
Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): $4.99 or free on orders over $50
Express Shipping (1–3 business days): Calculated at checkout
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
Please note: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Charged Marine is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Delivery Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, delays may occasionally occur due to high order volume, carrier delays, weather, or holidays. If your order is significantly delayed, we’ll notify you via email.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@chargedmarine.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll work to resolve the issue quickly.
