This kit accommodates larger engine classes and battery banks, making it suitable for vessels with more demanding duty cycles and power requirements. With scalable lithium-ion battery capacity up to 500 kWh, operators can configure performance to fit their specific operational needs, such as running harbor shuttles, coastal transfers, and offshore workboat duties.

Every aspect of the system is engineered for reliability and efficiency. High-torque electric drives deliver instant power for precise maneuvering, while eliminating exhaust, noise, and vibration. Charging and infrastructure are flexible, with compatibility for advanced DC fast charging and zero-emission bunkering systems. CORE Eligibility

The Green Yachts Commercial Harbor Craft Conversion Kit is listed as eligible equipment under California’s CORE program, designed to subsidize the adoption of zero-emission commercial harbor craft.

Base Voucher Amount: 

• $500,000 for the Zero-emission conversion kit (101-299 kWh)

• $1,000,000 for the Zero-emission conversion kit (≥ 500+ kWh)

Additional Voucher Enhancements

• 10 % DAC (Disadvantaged/Low-Income Community) Enhancement — applicable if the vessel is deployed in a designated community.

• 15 % Small Business Enhancement — applicable when purchased or leased by a qualifying small business (annual revenue ≤ $15 million, California–based)
