The Artemis EF-12 CTV is a 100% electric, foiling crew transfer vessel built to deliver fast, stable, and zero-emission transfers for offshore operations. Able to cruise at 25 knots and reach top speeds of 32 knots, it lifts above the water using Artemis’ patented eFoiler® technology to offer a smoother, quieter ride with enhanced comfort and operational efficiency. 

Designed to carry up to 12 passengers, the EF-12 reduces transit time and crew fatigue while cutting emissions to zero during operation. With a foiling range of up to 50 nautical miles and rapid charging capability, it is engineered for practical endurance in demanding offshore environments.

The eFoiler® system reduces drag by lifting the hull above the waves, delivering speed, range, and a minimal wake. This reduces energy costs by up to 70% compared to traditional designs. The vessel’s foiling capability also ensures greater comfort for passengers, with less motion and noise during transit.

Dual propulsion and optional rudder-mounted drives provide enhanced bollard push and precise low-speed maneuverability, making the EF-12 ideal for offshore wind operations and tight docking situations.

The Artemis EF-12 CTV is listed as eligible equipment under California’s CORE program, designed to subsidize the adoption of zero-emission commercial harbor craft.

Base Voucher Amount:

• $695,000 for the single propulsion 270kW power

• $695,000 for the dual propulsion 540kW power

Additional Voucher Enhancements

• 10 % DAC (Disadvantaged/Low-Income Community) Enhancement — applicable if the vessel is deployed in a designated community.

• 15 % Small Business Enhancement — applicable when purchased or leased by a qualifying small business (annual revenue ≤ $15 million, California–based)
